Julie is a passionate visionary that advocates for cultural diversity, social engagement, and loves training servant leaders to serve Christ in ministry.  She has led a variety of non-profits, ministries, and organizations in Manitoba, Colorado, North Dakota, and Washington including owning a successful events and marketing business for over 10 years.  Her joy in life is her family which includes her husband Jairo and her son Alec (9 years) and they love to road/mountain bike as a family.

Paul Ott brings extensive experience in logistics, cross-cultural program development and management, and volunteer experience.  His passion for serving the disadvantaged in our community is driven by his desire to use his gifts in service to others, in line with 1 Peter 4:10-11, "As faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms... so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ."

With a background in administration, cross-cultural teaching management, and years of volunteer experience, Kim is passionate about helping organizations run smoothly so everyone can focus on what they do best.  She loves how Transform reflects the heart of the community- coming together with a shared purpose of loving God, one another, and others.   Kim's deep desire is for each person to feel truly known, fostering assurance, healing, growth, and transformation.

William is a great example of an individual who not only loves to serve but has been served by Transform in the past.  He is a dedicated custodian who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others in need.
