Our Mission
Building unity through discipleship and providing basic need services such as providing
food, clothing, laundry, mentorships, and love in Burien, WA and surrounding communities.
Our Vision
Transform exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through word and action by
sharing God’s love as 1 John 4:19 indicates, “We love because He first loved us.” We
can share that love by providing basic need services to those that are experiencing
homelessness and poverty.
Leadership Team
Individuals at TRANSFORM dedicated to partnering with local churches and communities to build a world where individuals and families thrive and communities flourish through providing basic needs and discipleship.
Paul Ott
Director of Operations
Paul Ott brings extensive experience in logistics, cross-cultural program development and management, and volunteer experience. His passion for serving the disadvantaged in our community is driven by his desire to use his gifts in service to others, in line with 1 Peter 4:10-11, "As faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms... so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ."
Kim Ott
Manager
With a background in administration, cross-cultural teaching management, and years of volunteer experience, Kim is passionate about helping organizations run smoothly so everyone can focus on what they do best. She loves how Transform reflects the heart of the community, coming together with a shared purpose of loving God, one another, and others. Kim's deep desire is for each person to feel truly known, fostering assurance, healing, growth, and transformation.
William Amos
Custodian
William is a great example of an individual who not only loves to serve but has been served by Transform in the past. He is a dedicated custodian who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others in need.
Transform Board
Transform is a Christ-centered outreach ministry founded by church pastors, many who still serve on our board today that are committed to serving our neighbors in our community through prayer, discipleship, and offering services that provide for basic needs.
